What you will do:
* Provide regular reports on market and media data, delivering insights for both clients and the agency.
* Monitor social media using relevant social listening tools.
* Conduct secondary research to provide broader context and deeper insights for clients and the agency.
* Present findings to internal teams and clients.
* Develop applications and bots to enhance value for clients and the agency.
* Provide technological support for clients.
Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years.
Academic Background: Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Social Media Analytics, Psychology, Quantitative Studies, or Business.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong ability to interpret data, visualize insights, and prepare reports.
* Good understanding of and interest in social listening tools.
* Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to master new insights tools and technologies.
* Strong collaborative approach.
* Genuine interest in research, data, and human behavior.
* High attention to detail in data analysis and report preparation.
Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of R, SQL, or Python is a plus.
* Social listening tools are a plus, specially Sprinklr
Languages:
* Fluency in English
* Any other language is a plus
