About The Role
Accessorize are seeking an experienced, organised and passionate Store Manager to join their team.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Drive the overall performance of the store, through managing and developing your team, demonstrating the Accessorize values and ensuring your store is delivering an exceptional customer experience
2. Generating profit, through exceeding your KPIs, controlling costs inline with budget and maximising local market opportunities
3. Ensuring your team are motivated and knowledgeable, supporting everyone to achieve excellence in their roles
4. Maximise commercial opportunities to drive sales within your store, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard
5. Accessorize offer piercing to their customers, and you would promote and deliver this with your team
6. Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal
7. Ensure an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness with your team
About You
8. Demonstrate customer focus – ensuring delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do
9. A confident leader, one who will inspire the team, leading by example to make Accessorize a great place for all who work and shop with there
10. A proven track record of managing a successful retail store, delivering excellence in customer service, both personally and through their team
11. Someone who demonstrates passion, drive and resilience, with a can – do approach
12. Possess a creative approach, to support the store and develop the team to reach their full potential
13. The ability to communicate openly and effectively
14. A solution driven individual, with the ability to make decisions to benefit the business, with a sense of ownership to take responsibility
15. You have previous retail management experience
