Job Description
3. Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
4. Deliver high-quality financial analysis to provide actionable insights into business performance
5. Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to influence decision-making and drive business performance
6. Analyse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
7. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for key business areas
8. Provide clear, concise reporting and commentary to senior leadership
9. Challenge assumptions and provide commercial insight to improve profitability and efficiency
10. Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, tools, and analytics capabilities
11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
12. Contribute to continuous process improvements within the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
13. Fully Qualified or Finalist level accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
14. Demonstrable experience in financial modelling and advanced data analysis
15. Proven track record in a Finance Analyst or Finance Business Partner role
16. Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insights
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
18. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) highly desirable
19. Proactive, inquisitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
