The firm deal with corporate work, a good mix of insolvency and litigation. The matters they deal with range in value from £35 million - £100 million on average. They need someone with a top-tier background. \n\nThe Role You’ll be responsible for is leading and developing the firm’s Commercial Property offering, handling a broad mix of high-quality real estate matters. The role will involve:\n

* Taking on and growing a client base

* Leading on acquisitions, disposals, and investment work

* Working closely with the directors to integrate property services into the wider practice\n\t

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor with strong Commercial Property / Real Estate experience

* Confident handling a varied caseload and building long-term client relationships
