A prestigious, privately held family office is seeking an experienced Commercial Office Development Manager to lead and deliver a pipeline of high-value office led development projects across London. Projects are from RIBA Stage 1 through to leasing and delivery. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a highly respected family office with deep-rooted values, long-term vision, and an impressive portfolio of commercial real estate assets. The successful candidate will play a central role in acquiring, managing, and delivering exceptional developments from inception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment with the investment goals of the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development process across multiple office schemes, from design and feasibility to delivery and handover. Oversee design, planning, procurement, and construction phases, managing consultants and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Liaise directly with senior stakeholders and JV partners, providing regular reporting and strategic advice. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify opportunities aligned with the long-term investment strategy. Ensure ESG compliance and deliver cutting-edge, sustainable workspaces that reflect the changing nature of London’s commercial environment. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial office development, with a strong London focus. Proven track record in delivering mid-to-large scale office schemes. RICS, RTPI, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience working with investment models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A self-starter with high integrity, commercial creativity, and a hands-on approach.
