 
        About this HRBP / Junior HRBP Interim role! We’re looking for a proactive and motivated HR Business Partner to join a leading Media brand during an exciting period of change. The role will be paid on a daily rate and will be inside of IR35, lasting at least until March 2026. You’ll support the HR team in delivering a major operating model change, helping to shape the future of how global news teams are structured and supported. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR generalist experience who’s ready to step up into a true partnering role and gain exposure to complex, high-profile change projects. What You’ll Do Support senior HRBPs on key transformation and organisational change projects. Help coordinate consultation processes, ensuring clear communication and compliance. Advise managers on people-related matters, including ER issues, performance, and engagement. Contribute to project planning, HR data reporting, and stakeholder updates. Work collaboratively with HR Operations, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and consistent HR service. About You Experienced Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or People Partner with a strong generalist foundation. Confident supporting restructures, change projects, and employee relations cases. Experience working in a large complex matrix organisation or mid-sized business Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to grow into a broader partnering remit.
