Our client based in Ballymena is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team.
Job Description:
Based within the family court team, main duties will include clerking and resulting court orders on the day, prioritising orders with attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy. Other responsibilities include listing cases for court on relevant systems, filing papers, processing applications within tight timeframes, photocopying documentation, preparing court papers, post opening duties, dealing with customers via phone and email, managing email inbox, and attending court to result court procedures. All other ad hoc administrative duties as required. A 5pm cover is required on a rota basis.
Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (certificate proof required)
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Desirable Skills:
* Computer skills including Word, Excel, email, and familiarity with working with figures
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal and team skills
* Previous experience of working with AccountNI would be advantageous

Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, 9am to 5pm
