The Person and the Role
The Administrator's primary role is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the organisation.
Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities of the Role
The Administrator will be responsible for:
* Data input of children and young people into our pupil asset systems
* Receiving calls from employees reporting absences from the foundation, logging on PeopleHR, and contacting appropriate stakeholders.
* Taking ownership of administrative responsibilities to ensure facilities meet health and safety compliance standards (e.g., First Aid kits, risk assessments).
* Handling calls from schools and local authorities to answer queries on the attendance of young people.
* Assisting with collation of data for tenders that the Director or other members of the Senior Management Team may be completing.
* Conducting system audits to ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records.
* Providing general ad-hoc clerical and administrative support to the SMT.
* Taking a proactive approach to reviewing when policies and processes are due for updating.
* Maintaining the pupil asset system to ensure data is accurate and up to date
* Compliance checks of pupil asset system
* Daily student attendance monitoring including follow up action such as phone calls

Job-Related Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
The Administrator will have:
* Good IT literacy and ability to use Microsoft 365 products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong administrative skills.
* The ability to work under minimal supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A genuine desire to learn.
* Experience working in an educational setting (desirable).
