As akeymember of thePES Audio team, you will be designing the next generation of high-performance audio solutions defining the way devices areoperated, the way music is enjoyed, and the way people connect to each other.These integrated circuits enable high-volume, high-visibility products for market-leading customers who depend onbest-in-class audio performanceto differentiate their offerings.The rapid proliferation of connected devices, combined with aggressive form-factor reduction in audio peripherals, continues to push the boundaries of existing solutions-driving the need for innovative architectures and novel system-level trade-offs and circuit-leveldesigninnovations.
Responsibilities
1. Lead architecturedefinitionofanalog and mixed signal functionality
2. Work with the analog team to executedesignsfrom abstract level down totransistor level
3. Provideguidance andinstructions for layoutimplementation,benchevaluationandproductiontestto ensure successful delivery of the design
4. Activelyparticipatein bench evaluationwith support from evaluation team
5. Communicate effectivelydesign choices,performanceandprogress
6. Provide mentorship and technical leadership for junior engineers
Requirements
7. Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering degree with 5+yearsofprogressive experience inarchitecting and designinganalog and mixed signal circuits
8. Hands onexperience on low powerdesignsat transistor level
9. ProficientwithSpectresimulation tools or equivalentand behavioral/system-level modeling tools
10. Good understanding of semiconductor device physics
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multi-site, cross-functional engineering teams

12. Good understanding of signalprocessingsuch as data-converterandDSP
13. Experiencewith power design
14. Experience in audio IC design
