Position Overview
We are seeking a Trainee Engineering Estimator to join our dynamic estimating team. You will receive structured training and mentoring to support the quoting and costing of complex, high-specification components across the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors, with clear opportunities for progression as your skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
With training and support, you will gradually take responsibility for the following:
1. Assist in preparing detailed customer quotations based on CAD models, technical drawings, and specification requirements.
2. Collaborate with suppliers and procurement to source accurate material and subcontractor costs.
3. Work closely with the engineering, sales, and production teams to gather accurate technical and manufacturing data.
