Protocol Education is seeking a caring individual to join their team and support students with challenging behaviors. This role offers opportunities to work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Patience and understanding are essential when supporting students who have experienced difficult childhoods and display challenging behaviors.
Previous experience working with children is required. Key characteristics include patience, kindness, and fairness, which help in developing relationships with students. You will collaborate closely with school staff and follow existing behavior plans to monitor and improve student behavior, fostering positivity through creative methods. Over time, you will build supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a mentor and role model to enhance their overall attainment.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
