TheASPA is seeking a Head of Academy Performance Analysis to lead performance analysis for all academy age groups at Swansea City AFC. The successful candidate will oversee the analysis department, manage staff, and coordinate performance analysis.
Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in performance analysis or a related field, possess a UEFA B Licence, and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a professional football academy.
