Responsibilities
* Lead mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions across a range of sectors.
* Take part in private equity and fundraising work.
* Provide corporate structuring, restructuring, and general advisory services.
* Handle intellectual property, technology, data protection, and emerging areas such as AI.
Qualifications
* 7+ years PQE – senior corporate lawyers with a track record of high‑quality work.
* Commercially minded with a strong client‑service orientation.
* Experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate strategy.
* Desire to work in a flexible, remote or hybrid arrangement.
