Position: Design and Technology Teacher
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
You will teach Design and Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to contribute to Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The role includes planning and delivering lessons that encompass various disciplines, such as Product Design, Graphics, Resistant Materials, or Textiles, while fostering a love for innovation and practical learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Design and Technology.
* Inspire and challenge students to develop technical and creative skills.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to ensure achievement.
* Promote safe working practices in the classroom and workshop settings.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching resources.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as clubs and competitions, to enrich the student experience.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* A degree in Design and Technology, or a related field.
* Strong subject knowledge in one or more areas of Design and Technology.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration.
