WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Overseeing all UK operations from goods-in to customer delivery, including warehousing, production, sub-assembly, and painting.
* Managing the relationship with the U.S. 3PL partner—reviewing SLAs, conducting audits, and resolving fulfilment issues.
* Driving accurate, on-time order fulfilment in partnership with Customer Service.
* Leading the monthly S&OP process to align demand forecasts with operational capacity.
* Ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and process control.
* Enforcing ISO 9001 compliance, 5S, health & safety, and Lean manufacturing standards.
* Managing equipment maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and control service costs.
* Leading data-driven improvement initiatives using Dynamics 365 and Power BI dashboards.
* Coaching and developing front-line supervisors while driving team accountability and succession planning.
* Controlling operational budgets and preparing business cases for capex investments.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Proven leadership in end-to-end operations, with experience managing warehousing, production, and third-party logistics across multiple geographies.
* A strong track record of driving continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and data-led decision-making tools like Power BI and Dynamics 365.
* Deep understanding of inventory control, S&OP planning, and outbound logistics, with a focus on delivering OTIF performance.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance—demonstrated through hands-on enforcement of 5S, ISO 9001, and health & safety standards.
* A people-first mindset with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable while building a high-performance culture.
