Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Day to day management of prepaid products
* Processing of client order files, failed loads and order discrepancies
* Management of order invoicing
* Maintain stock levels (card and envelope), ensuring there are no outages, stock is ordered within required timelines and stock is destroyed in line with chip expiries.
* Responsible for onboarding new content partners to prepaid products and conduct testing to confirm full acceptance.
* Point of escalation for Customer Service escalations
* Take ownership of issues raised and communicate corrective actions to all internal stakeholders
* Responsible for operational readiness for new products prior to client implementations, including full end-to-end testing.
* Responsible for approving client and internal marketing collateral
* Ensure all prepaid/e-money regulations are adhered to with all processes implemented across the department.
