About this role:
We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base – to generate increased orders and grow their businesses. We also provide the insights, advice, and support our growing community needs to satisfy customers and help raise standards across a vibrant takeaway sector.
As a Field Account Manager, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.
Location: Edinburgh. This role is both field-based and home-based.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maximising the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
* Educating Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers.
* Playing an integral role in onboarding new signings, ensuring all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for success.
* Prioritising order growth via activated restaurants and mentoring Partners on key steps to achieve this.
* Using internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and drive efficiencies.
Ideal candidate:
* Experience in B2B sales or account management.
* Ownership mindset for ambitious targets.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Passion for learning and self-improvement.
* Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Keen interest in food and restaurants.
* Excellent work ethic and desire to make a difference.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
