Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a specialist SEMH secondary school in Cranborne, Dorset, who are seeking Ad Hoc Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a flexible, full-time basis as needed.
About the Role
Supporting pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional support
Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
Requirements
Experience working with SEN/SEMH or vulnerable young people (preferred)
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Must be a driver due to the rural location and lack of public transport
Availability for full-time hours when required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
