The Opportunity On behalf of our client, a respected housing provider, we’re recruiting a Property Services Officer to join their dynamic Property Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive individual to support the smooth delivery of repairs, maintenance, compliance, and health & safety services. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems up to date, coordinating works, and ensuring residents receive clear, timely communication. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day admin support to the Property Services team * Maintain accurate property and compliance records * Manage resident and internal enquiries, including the repairs inbox * Coordinate appointments, inspections, and contractor visits * Support insurance claims and contractor panel admin * Assist with adaptations and resident updates on planned works What We’re Looking For * Proven admin/coordination experience (housing or property services ideal) * Strong organisation and communication skills * Confident using Microsoft Office and data systems * Proactive, resident-focused, and a team player * Knowledge of property compliance (e.g., gas, fire, asbestos) Due to the high number of applications, Aspire Recruitment can only contact short-listed candidates for the role.
