Job Description
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
* Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
* Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
* Coordinate and complete annual audits.
* Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
* Meet financial accounting objectives.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
* Mentor and support team members to enhance their professional growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accounts Manager should have:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 4 years PQE
* Desire and drive to improve systems and process.
* Proven knowledge and experience in finance management and team leadership.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain financial matters to non - financial people.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
