Base Location: Successful applicants must be based in one of our Scottish locations – Perth, Aberdeen, or Inverness.
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.

The Role
Reporting to the Risk Lead and Head of Risk (Offshore), the Senior Risk Analyst will lead project risk management activities across Offshore Directorate projects. They will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, collaborate with project teams, and support programme-wide decision-making.
You Will
1. Lead risk reviews, maintain risk registers, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical risks.
2. Monitor project risk exposure, analyze trends, prepare risk models, and coordinate risk analysis around milestones.
3. Coordinate risk reporting, refine outputs, and ensure alignment with project costs and schedules.
4. Foster relationships with Procurement, Commercial, Planning, and Project Management teams for seamless risk integration.
5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of project risk data and drive system improvements.
You Have
1. Proven risk management experience in large infrastructure projects.
2. Expertise in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) methods and tools.
3. Ability to communicate risks effectively to diverse stakeholders.
4. Strong organizational and planning skills, adaptable to shifting demands.
5. Networking, coordination, and influencing skills with a pragmatic approach.
