What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Support Manager to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a more experienced pastoral worker or someone who is looking to take their first steps into the profession. Applicants should be passionate about supporting children, have patience, resilience and determination and a desire to support West Kent’s children to flourish and achieve their ‘Pure Potential’.
Responsibilities may vary but will include:
* Maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere that supports all students to actively engage with learning and make positive progress
* Supporting students with social, emotional and health issues
* Liaising across the Hillview Community specifically parents, teachers and other members of the Student Support Team
