Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Transaction Manager based in Loughton. The role involves managing vehicle finance and insurance transactions to achieve company sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities include liaising with sales teams to ensure compliance with regulations, conducting due diligence on transactions, creating tailored finance solutions for customers, analysing financial data, and managing lease administration processes. The Transaction Manager will also ensure that all paperwork is accurate and completed promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and interpret complex information
* Proficiency in Finance and Financial Analysis to structure competitive and customer‑focused financial solutions
* Experience in Lease Administration and Due Diligence to ensure transaction compliance and document accuracy
* Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
* Familiarity with automotive finance products and services is an advantage
* Relevant certifications and qualifications in finance or business administration are a plus
