No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however each day you can expect to:
* Offer food and drink service throughout the day within the hotel
* Maintain stock levels within your allocated sections and keep these areas clean and tidy
* Offer your excellent product knowledge to guests and encourage upselling
* Deliver room service
* Provide a relaxing and enjoyable wine tasting experience with a tasting menu or as an individual experience
* Develop your learning and understanding of the daily food and drink menus
