Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £35k + Training & Benefits
A well-established Water Hygiene outfit is seeking a reliable and experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts in the South East of England. The role will be varied and will depend on client requirements, so ideally candidates will hold a flexible attitude. It would be beneficial for applicants to have access to the M25 for easier travel to client sites. Our client is seeking someone who can travel across: Bracknell, Woking, Camberley, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Wembley, Southall, Slough, Watford, Reading, Aldershot, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Farnham, St Albans, Hatfield, Harpenden, Aylesbury, Harrow, Wembley, Potters Bar, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong ACOP L8 and HSG 274 knowledge
- Previous or current experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit
- Industry-related training courses would be beneficial, but not essential, such as: TMVs and Cleans & Disinfections
- Experience working across a range of sites, for example: local authority, commercial and domestic
- IT literate and good written ability
- Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
The Role:
- Travelling to client sites to carry out routine ACOP L8 compliance duties
- Showerhead disinfections
- TMV servicing
- Cleans & disinfections on CWST
- Chlorinations
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
- Maintaining professional whilst working on client sites
