With a strong commitment to sustainability and provenance, they are now seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section and create exquisite desserts, breads, and petits fours that complement their fine dining offering.

Responsibilities as the Pastry Chef…
9. Leading the pastry section day to day, delivering elegant plated desserts, breads and petits fours to multi-rosette standards
10. Planning and executing mise en place so the section is service-ready and pristine
11. Contributing creative, seasonal ideas for menu development that reflect a farm-to-table ethos
12. Maintaining precise recipes, portion control and allergen records, supporting tastings and cost tests
13. Collaborating closely with the wider brigade to ensure a smooth, efficient service
