Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Insurance Adviser to join our Commercial Operations team in Stevenage.
This role involves providing exceptional service and advice to clients to maximize satisfaction, retain clients, and meet income targets.

Key responsibilities
* Achieve set objectives and KPIs
* Provide proactive renewal services to retain clients, promoting key features and liaising with insurers
* Support and advise clients throughout their policy lifecycle
* Handle policy administration professionally and promptly
* Underwrite scheme policies within authority levels
* Maximize business opportunities, promote reviews, and advise on cover gaps
* Process new policies
* Comply with company, regulatory, and compliance standards
* Maintain technical knowledge
* Support colleagues across the business
Knowledge, skills, and experience

Qualifications
* Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance or willingness to pursue
