Our client, who are a global leading manufacturer, are looking to expand their current manufacturing capability and therefore require additional Operator to support their business.
Candidates will be setting, operating and maintaining production machinery within a fast moving factory environment.
Ideal candidates will have the following characteristics:

* Good hand/eye co-ordination

* Methodical but fast approach - not cutting corners
* Good observation skills

* Attention to detail
* Flexibility/Versatility
* Hand held scanners experience
Candidates will also need to be PC literate and happy to work on a rotating shift pattern.
Suitable candidates will be familiar with operating machinery and have experience of working within a fast moving manufacturing based role. It is also preferable for candidates to have a RTITB Counter Balance Forklift license although this is not essential.
Shift:
4 on/4 off
12 hours shift pattern covering days and nights
Pay:
£12.21 per hour (+ £4.09 per hour shift premium)
