Ready to join us?This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary ranging from £31,430.00 to £44,900.00 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus a car allowance.Tasks and responsibilities:Responsible for acting as the on-site delivery arm of the Cluster Performance & Continuous Improvement function, ensuring effective execution of performance standards and improvement initiatives, while providing hands-on insight and supporting site leadership to deliver consistent, measurable improvements across productivity, cost, quality, and safety.Site Performance Execution & InsightEnsure accuracy and consistency of site performance data in line with cluster KPI standardsAnalyse performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunitiesProvide clear, data-driven insight to support operational decision-makingContinuous Improvement DeliveryLead site-level CI initiatives aligned with the cluster roadmap (root cause, 5S, kaizen)Implement improvements to drive productivity, flow, quality, and stabilityTrack and sustain CI benefits, ensuring long-term impactStandardisation & Cluster AlignmentDeploy and maintain standardised processes, tools, and best practicesAct as the key site contact for cluster-led initiatives and change activityEnsure site execution aligns with cluster governance and client requirementsOperational Partnership & CoachingPartner with Operations, ICQA, Systems, and QA teams to improve executionProvide on-the-floor coaching and support on processes and efficiencyIdentify and help remove barriers to performance improvementQuality, Compliance & SafetySupport audits and ensure compliance with processes and standardsDeliver CI initiatives in line with Health & Safety requirementsPromote a structured and safe approach to changeCulture & CapabilityFoster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-makingEncourage team engagement and local ownership of improvementsSupport capability development through coaching and knowledge sharingSupport performance reviews with operational teams and managersProfile:Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills across teamsAnalytical and data-driven, able to turn operational data into actionable insightsKnowledgeable in Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologiesHands-on and solution-focused, with experience in fast-paced warehouse environmentsHighly organised and structured, with a focus on maintaining high standardsWhat do we offer?Our people are at the heart of what we do.
