Role Information The school is seeking a practical, organised, and creative Art Technician to support teaching staff and students. Key Responsibilities: Preparing materials and resources for Art lessons (ceramics, paint, printmaking, textiles, photography) Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment Supporting students during practical work, including demonstrations Maintaining studios, ensuring clean and safe working environments Firing and maintaining kilns, where applicable Assisting with displays, exhibitions, and portfolio preparation Setting up and packing down workspaces for lessons Helping with digital art equipment, cameras, lighting, editing software Ensuring compliance with health & safety and COSHH requirements The role is ideal for someone creative, hands-on, and passionate about supporting young artists.
