You’ll set the tone in your room and make sure practice stays consistent and purposeful. Before You Apply This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. You must have experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery. This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading a room.
