* Base Salary of £36,000 - £38,000 based on experience.

* 28 days paid annual leave.
* CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. Half days on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Job Overview
* Taking full responsibility for the restaurant’s P&L performance
* Leading both FOH and BOH teams, including stepping in as chef when needed
* Driving sales, service standards, and profitability
* Recruiting, training, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Ensuring compliance, stock control, and labour management are on point
* Acting as the figurehead of the business, engaging with guests and leading by example
