The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.
* Play a key role within a well‑established Residential Property team in Chesterfield.
* Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and local referrers.
* Work closely with senior leadership as the department continues to grow.

You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
* Strong technical ability alongside a commercial and client‑focused approach.
* Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
* Organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload.
