Duties
9. Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including complex systems
10. Perform services such as cambelt replacements, clutch repairs, suspension checks, and general vehicle maintenance
11. Use the latest diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately
12. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting manufacturer standards
13. Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
14. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly
15. Comply with safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Requirements:
16. Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or similar senior diagnostic role
17. Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to handle complex and high-end vehicles
18. Ability to perform repairs such as cambelts, clutches, suspensions, and general servicing
19. Experience working with premium and specialist vehicles is advantageous
20. Track record of delivering quality workmanship within a busy workshop
21. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
22. A team player with good communication skills
