Due to the secure nature of some of our programmes, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will take ownership of delivering end-to-end digital and IT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations. You will combine agile leadership with strong delivery governance, guiding teams through the full lifecycle while managing risks, budgets, and dependencies. Working closely with stakeholders, you will build trusted relationships, provide clear reporting, and ensure delivery aligns with both client needs and commercial objectives.
You will also act as a servant leader to agile teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment where continuous improvement is embedded. With the support of a wider delivery community, you will be empowered to coach teams, enhance ways of working, and contribute to successful project outcomes and long-term client value.
•Lead & Deliver end-to-end projects across digital and IT services
•Manage & Control scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
•Facilitate & Coach Agile ceremonies and team practices
•Identify & Mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
•Engage & Influence stakeholders at all levels
•Report & Forecast delivery progress and performance
•Support & Contribute to bids, proposals, and business growth
•Develop & Mentor team members and promote delivery excellence
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You will bring proven experience in delivery management or Scrum Master roles, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and a track record of delivering complex digital or IT projects. You should be confident managing stakeholders, balancing agile leadership with delivery accountability, and driving high-quality outcomes in client-facing environments.
•Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager
•Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
•Experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
•Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and governance
•Ability to balance servant leadership with delivery accountability
•Familiarity with tools such as Jira (desirable)
•Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM) (desirable)
