About the role
Reading Audi is looking to recruit a Trade Disposal Specialist to join their motivated team.
As a Sytner Trade Disposal Specialist, you will be responsible for photographing and marketing all Trade Cars at the dealership. You will update the Sytner Group's Electronic Auction site regularly, describe and sell our part exchanges effectively.
You will also prepare our retail used car stock through the aftersales department, arrange valeting, handle dealer transfer inquiries, and manage all associated administrative procedures.
Work patterns are flexible and may include weekends to ensure high levels of customer service.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We seek someone interested in photography, marketing, and the automotive industry. Good communication skills, customer service experience, and computer literacy are required. Attention to detail and the ability to describe items accurately are important to present our Audi stock effectively.
Applicants should have customer service experience in a retail environment and photography experience as minimum requirements.
