Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets, and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Note: This is a hybrid position involving on-call duties and occasional meetings in Wokingham.
What will you be doing?
* Act as the on-site technical expert
* Monitor & manage Voice/Data networks and associated systems
* Provide 2nd line support to resolve faults and implement network changes
* Provide technical and fault management support, including 2nd/3rd line support for network issues
* Participate in complex technical delivery activities supporting Customer Services
Other duties include:
* Deliver complex solutions aligned with customer SLAs
* Participate in governance cycles
* Resource planning and forecasting
* Manage complex incidents (technology and solutions)
* Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and escalated faults
What you'll bring
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wireless LAN, Cisco equipment, TCP/IP, MPLS, QoS, VLANs, Cisco Call Manager
* Understanding of security best practices
* Operational experience in complex technology delivery
* Primary technology expertise
* Knowledge of multi-technology solutions
* Broad understanding of dependent technologies
