About the Role
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations across the resort, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout guest rooms, spa facilities, Luxury Lodges, Holiday Park facilities, Swimming pool changing room, onsite pub, golf clubhouse areas, conference spaces, and public areas. This role plays a key part in delivering a luxury guest experience while supporting efficient operations and cost control.

* Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel environment
* Knowledge of health & safety and hygiene regulations
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods
* Experience in a resort, spa, golf, or conference hotel preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, suites, spa facilities,, golf clubhouse, conference and banqueting areas, offices, back of house and public spaces
* Ensure all areas consistently meet brand, hygiene, and quality standards
* Conduct daily inspections and follow up on corrective actions
* Coordinate room availability with Front Office to support arrivals, departures, and events
* Work closely with the People and Culture team to manage staff accommodation, to include inspections of both rooms and lodges.
* Ensure staff accommodation rooms are ready for arrivals for team members
* Training Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff
* Prepare team rotas in line with occupancy, events, conferences, and seasonal demand
* Work closely with the Spa Manager maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in spa treatment rooms, wet areas, and relaxation spaces
* Work closely with the F&B Managers to ensure conference and banqueting areas are cleaned, reset, and event-ready within required timelines. Also to ensure that all restaurant outlets and bars are cleaned
* Work closely with Golf Operations to maintain changing rooms and clubhouse facilities to premium standards
* Work closely with Holiday Park Manager to ensure lodges are cleaned to a high standard and seasonal cleaning is carried out
Inventory & Cost Control
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety, COSHH, hygiene, and fire safety regulations
* Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Support VIP arrivals, special requests, and high-profile events
* Maintain a visible presence within the hotel to ensure standards and approachability
