As a Data Executive you will contribute to achieving that product and supplier data across all platforms are accurate including product set-up, pricing and promotions.
Ensure all integrity of product and technical data is maintained and excellent service levels are consistently achieved in the delivery of product data and technical assistance to internal departments, customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a positive, customer-focused, and professional approach.

* Demonstrate professionalism and deliver an excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers.
* Ensure the integrity of product and technical data is maintained and excellent service levels are consistently achieved in the delivery of product data and technical assistance to internal departments, customers and suppliers.
* Ensure administration of product data is robust.
* Own the new product process including timely setup of new products, descriptions, warehouse management, buying screen configurations and pricing structure.
* Maintain website product offering and configurations.
* Collate and update product specifications and COSHH sheets.
* Liaise with suppliers on detailed product information such as allergens/origin.
* Complete weekly reporting as required.
* Support internal compliance to meet externally achieved accreditations (audits/certification/manuals/processes e.g. CMi / MHS / Red Tractor / MSC / Organic / Freedom Foods).
* Demonstrate commitment to and support ESG goals in daily tasks and responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong IT and administration skills, numeracy, and a good level of English.
* Customer service focus, excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
* Action-focused, solutions oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
* Good team player with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, follows processes, and prioritises business improvement.
* Experience working as a Data Administrator or Administrator.
* Experience in product or supplier data management and pricing updates.
* Familiarity with product compliance, specifications, allergens, and barcoding.
* Understanding of technical data platforms.
