We have created a brand-new role as a Performance and Insights Analyst to help our teams find the best commercial opportunities and go after them in the most effective way. You will need to be able to analyse large datasets to draw out the important insights and adept at presenting this information in a style / format that enables senior stakeholders from across the Group to put these insights into action. This role is aligned to our hybrid workstyle, combining time in our Bolton office with working from home each week. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be an important member of our team, working closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse, identify and drive improvements. You'll be responsible for owning daily, weekly and monthly reporting on performance vs our plans and providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders on a wide range of topics. You will be able to use your experience to ensure data is captured effectively, along with identifying gaps and efficiencies. You will work proactively with stakeholders in the business to make improvements based on these insights, presenting data in a way that's easy to understand & suggesting actions to drive better outcomes. At a higher level, you will provide analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making. Enact a continuous improvement ethos, enhancing and streamlining Management Information as the Group grows and expands. A bit about you: We're looking for someone who has previous Analytical experience in a commercial / business environment, blending an inquisitive nature with good business acumen. You are excited about finding new opportunities and insights from data, with the ability to simplify complexity and draw out what really matters. You'll have demonstrable numerical and excel experience - this could be from a degree or previous experience as an Analyst. SQL / Power BI is preferred and/or aptitude and enthusiasm to learn independently. Excellent communication skills are a must as you'll need to build relationships across the business. A positive "can do" attitude is essential as is the ability and desire to work collaboratively across different teams.
