Based at their Head Office in West Drayton, you will provide essential support to procurement and finance operations, working closely with teams who deliver services airside at Heathrow Airport (LHR). The Role: This is a varied position where you'll gain exposure across the procurement cycle - from supplier engagement and cost analysis to compliance, reporting, and contract coordination. You'll be joining a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical thinking are key. Key Responsibilities include: Supporting the full procurement cycle - supplier engagement, pricing, analysis, and delivery. Building and maintaining effective supplier relationships to ensure strong service and value. Preparing reports, tracking spend, and conducting market analysis to support decision-making. Assisting with supplier negotiations to achieve best value. Coordinating contracts and compliance documentation. Supporting e-procurement systems and catalogues. Working with finance and operational teams to align procurement with business needs. Monitoring supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement. What We're Looking For: We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds - you don't need years of procurement experience, but you must bring the right skills and mindset to succeed. Strong analytical and numerical ability (comfortable with Excel and data reporting). Outgoing and confident communicator - able to liaise with suppliers and colleagues at all levels. Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple tasks accurately. A genuine interest in developing a career in procurement and supplier management. Preferred but not essential: Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, administration, logistics, or finance. Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Coupa). CIPS or related qualifications.
