BHETA is the leading UK trade association for manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in the home improvement, garden, and housewares sectors. Alongside Exclusively Shows, the UKs leading housewares trade exhibition, BHETA connects brands, retailers, and industry leaders through insight, influence, and high-impact events. The Role: Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive, youll support marketing activity across BHETA and Exclusively Shows from digital campaigns and content creation to event marketing and member communications. This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, creative marketer looking to build hands-on experience across digital, events, and membership marketing in a dynamic trade association and exhibition environment. What Youll Be Doing: Digital Marketing & Content Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Website. Build and send emails: newsletters, member updates, and event promotions Design eye-catching digital and print assets using Canva Keep BHETA and Exclusively websites accurate, up to date, and on-brand Work with member companies to gather copy and imagery Support SEO, PPC, display advertising, and sponsored content Track performance and report using Google Analytics and email platforms Event Marketing Exclusively Shows Support marketing campaigns pre-event, during the show, and post-event Assist with exhibitor and visitor communications Coordinate content from exhibitors and suppliers Support on-site marketing activity during live events Membership & Association Marketing Promote member events, webinars, training, and networking opportunities Create content highlighting member benefits, success stories, and testimonials Maintain marketing databases and GDPR-compliant contact lists Support and monitor marketing automations Marketing Administration Coordinate artwork approvals, briefs, and production schedules Manage marketing calendars and deadlines Liaise with external suppliers (designers, printers, web developers) What Were Looking For: Essential Marketing qualification, relevant degree, or equivalent experience Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, websites) Confident using Canva to create visual content Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks Desirable Experience supporting events or exhibitions Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar Interest in B2B marketing, trade associations, or home & housewares Experience or strong interest in marketing automation Youll Thrive Here If You Are Proactive, curious, and eager to learn A collaborative and supportive team player Creative with a practical mindset Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment What Youll Get Competitive salary Hybrid and flexible working Professional development and clear progression opportunities Holiday buy-back after 1 year Cycle to Work scheme Contact: Shelley Velati Reference: SV/100947 Candidate care: By responding to this advert you consent to Cavendish Maine processing the personal data included within this application.
