What you will do:
* Conduct direct work with adults, families, and carers using evidence-based models to deliver high-quality care
* Utilise your expertise in moving and handling, as well as major and minor adaptations, to support client needs
* Perform enablement and housing needs assessments, providing comprehensive solutions and recommendations
* Handle complex equipment assessments, ensuring tailored solutions for individual clients
* Collaborate effectively with other professionals and organisations to establish and maintain robust working relationships
* Drive to different locations as required, so a car and driver's license are essential
