Van Driver - Permanent Role
Location: Congleton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Salary: £13ph, increasing after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable builders' yard in Congleton who are seeking a reliable and hard-working Van Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
As a Van Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering bulk bags to domestic properties across the region. You'll be representing the business in a customer-facing role, so a friendly and professional attitude is a must.
Key Duties:

Safe and timely delivery of materials to residential addresses
*
Loading and unloading of goods (manual handling involved)
*
Daily vehicle checks and ensuring van cleanliness
*
Providing excellent customer service on every drop
Requirements:
*
Must be 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
*
Full, clean UK driving licence
*
Physically fit and healthy - this is a physically demanding role
*
Previous experience in a similar delivery role is preferred but not essential
*
Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently
