Your role as a supervisor will include:
-Opening up safely and effectively, whilst adhering to all company health & safety regulations
-Delegating jobs to customer service staff and party hosts and ensuring all parties are ran in an organized manner and effectively.
-Managing and monitoring stock rotation, staff training and ordering
-Communicating effectively both in person and over the phone with both staff and customers.
-Dealing with any problems that may arise throughout the day appropriately
-Locking up safely and effectively whilst adhering to all company regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
