Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Macclesfield
Working Pattern: Full-time

You will work closely with a team of highly experienced property solicitors and conveyancers, many of whom have backgrounds at well‑established and reputable law firms. This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal looking to build on their conveyancing experience, gain hands‑on exposure to quality work, and progress their career within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
* Conducting searches and preparing reports
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
* Handling post‑completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
* Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
* Supporting the wider property team as required
Requirements
* Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing
* Experience assisting with sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive and team‑oriented approach
