Community Support Worker Penzance | Flexible Shifts | Rewarding Role
Location: Penzance
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Pay: £14.00 £16.00 per hour (depending on experience & shift type)
Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference every day? We're currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to support individuals in their own homes across Penzance and surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help people maintain their independence while being part of a supportive and professional team.
The Role:
* Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, medication)
* Assisting with community access and social activities
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Building positive relationships with service users and families
* Keeping accurate records and following care plans
What Were Looking For:
* A caring, patient, and reliable nature
* Previous care/support experience is desirable (but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
