What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading or supporting a wide range of planning projects, from strategic planning to development management
* Preparing, submitting and managing planning applications and appeals
* Providing sound planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
* Leading stakeholder engagement, public consultation and negotiation with local authorities
* Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
* Staying up to date with planning legislation and policy to ensure high-quality outputs

About You
* MRTPI qualified (or eligible)
* Significant experience in a planning consultancy, local authority or development environment
* Strong knowledge of Scottish planning policy and legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
