The Role
* Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, oral hygiene, and mobility support
* Administer medication and monitor health and wellbeing
* Assist with meal preparation, serving, and supporting residents during mealtimes
* Keep residents’ rooms tidy, change bedding, and manage laundry
* Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
* Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and individuality
* Support social activities and outings, including hospital visits
* Communicate effectively with residents’ families and other care professionals
* Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents’ condition
