Key Requirements
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
* Able to accurately deal with procedures – setting up equipment and documents
* Troubleshooting printers
* Knowledge of replacing toners
* Troubleshooting software issues
* Troubleshooting users (issues)
* Familiarity with network environments
* Willing to get out around site – this is not a sitting behind a desk job
* Level‑headed and able to keep calm and think clearly under pressure
